IT Support Specialist - India based

  • Log, monitor, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as Jira and ManageEngine.
  • Support ITIL processes within service desk operations.
  • Manage backups, restoration tests, and disaster recovery support using Acronis and cloud solutions.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and access controls through Active Directory/Azure AD.
  • Provide support for LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, email setup, and troubleshooting.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IT support.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365, or Acronis are an advantage.
  • Experience in ITSM, endpoint management, backup operations, and end-user support.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
