- Log, monitor, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as Jira and ManageEngine.
- Support ITIL processes within service desk operations.
- Manage backups, restoration tests, and disaster recovery support using Acronis and cloud solutions.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and access controls through Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Provide support for LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, email setup, and troubleshooting.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IT support.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Certifications in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365, or Acronis are an advantage.
- Experience in ITSM, endpoint management, backup operations, and end-user support.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
