The Opportunity

The available IT Support Specialist position is an outstanding opportunity to perform a variety of IT functions in support of, and in conjunction with, our IT team and end-users. While experience is valued, for the right candidate with the characteristics we are looking for, we are willing to train and provide support for learning the various required tasks. The Role

• Perform daily server system backups
• Build, maintain and troubleshoot various DMS reports and system forms
• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot various software applications
• Responsible for the transmission, maintenance and oversight of various reports to company vendors
• Create and update end-user email accounts and troubleshoot a variety of issues
• Assist in the deployment, configuration and maintenance of PCs, software and peripheral equipment
• Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing issues
• Work with the IT team to identify needs, assess areas for improvement and develop/execute long term organizational plans
• Perform a variety of other assigned tasks

Requirements

• 4-year (or significant progress towards an) IT (or business) degree preferred however, any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which would provide the required knowledge and skills, may be considered
• Automotive industry experience a plus but not required
• Must be willing to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation
• Travel to our Orange County locations will be required. In addition, a limited amount of travel may be required to other So Cal locations outside of Orange County. (mileage reimbursed)
