About the Role:

You will be the face of our IT services, ensuring smooth operations for our partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical inquiries and issues reported via multiple channels (service desk system, email, phone).
- Conduct onsite visits to client locations to perform installations, configurations, and troubleshoot complex hardware and software incidents.
- Offer expert advice and consultations on IT infrastructure, including system assemblies, software setup, and peripheral connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to Microsoft environments: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory user management, and basic network connectivity.
- Perform first-line technical support with a focus on clear communication and timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents, perform software testing, and document problem-solving steps.
- Accurately log, track, and update all service requests in our ticketing platform, ensuring full transparency and record-keeping.
- Act as a trusted technical liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively expand your expertise in the evolving technologies supported by our team.
- Execute product implementations, system upgrades, and configuration changes as required.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- A relevant degree, diploma, or professional certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a client-facing IT support role within the UAE/GCC region is essential.
- Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and networked printing devices.
- Strong competency in PC hardware/software diagnostics and problem resolution.
- Foundational knowledge of email server administration (e.g., Exchange) and mobile email technologies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Practical experience with Windows OS, core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with Mac OS is a plus.
- A client-centric approach with a proactive attitude towards understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
- Professional fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Advantageous Qualifications:
- A valid UAE driving license and a car.
- Certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar industry-recognized bodies.

Note: The role is hybrid (remote from home + regular visits to the client side), the operational base for this role will be in Abu Dhabi.
