Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist/Junior Systems Administrator. This role combines frontline Helpdesk support with emerging Systems Administration responsibilities and is ideal for candidates looking to advance their careers in infrastructure, networking, and system management.
Duties
- Provide Tier I/II Technical Support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to and resolve Helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices.
- Assist with Administration of servers, networking infrastructure, and core systems.
- Support Microsoft O365 administration including account management and security.
- Manage mobile device (MDM) support and endpoint management.
- Monitor system performance and assist with updates and patching.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of IT support or Helpdesk experience.
- Working knowledge of Window operating systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Experience with Microsoft O365 or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with servers or virtualization.
- Familiarity with networking infrastructure.
- Exposure to MDM or security tools.
- Relevant Certifications such as Microsoft or CompTIA.
