IT Support & Systems Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive IT Support & Systems Coordinator to support and maintain the company’s technology environment. The role involves monitoring software platforms, supporting servers and systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with external vendors or developers to ensure smooth operation of delivery and business applications.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software systems, servers, and IT infrastructure, with the ability to diagnose issues and ensure business continuity for operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support company software systems including delivery platforms, internal dashboards, and operational tools.

Provide first-level technical support to employees for system, software, and access issues.

Assist in maintaining company servers, cloud services, and databases.

Coordinate with software vendors or developers to resolve system bugs or technical issues.

Monitor system performance and report any downtime or anomalies.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access for employees.

Support integration between different systems such as mobile apps, dashboards, and APIs.

Ensure data backups and basic security practices are followed.

Document technical issues and maintain system support records.

Assist management in implementing new IT tools and improving system efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Basic understanding of servers, cloud platforms, and system administration.

Familiarity with software platforms, APIs, and databases is a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot software and technical issues.

Good communication skills to coordinate with technical teams and vendors.

Organized and capable of managing multiple system-related tasks.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting logistics, delivery, or e-commerce systems.

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).

Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity practices.
