IT Support & Systems Specialist

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for an IT Support / Systems Support Specialist to help keep our solutions, systems, and office running smoothly.

Role Overview:

Responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, user lifecycle management, and compliance-driven technical processes to ensure employees have secure and reliable access to systems and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hardware lifecycle and asset allocation, provisioning laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices while maintaining asset inventory and lifecycle documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, configuring accounts, permissions, and hardware access to ensure secure user provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Administer Google Workspace (G Suite) including user management, group permissions, security policies, and troubleshooting account or authentication issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and internal system access problems.
  • Configure and support printers and office devices, including network printer setup, driver management, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide end-user technical support across hardware, operating systems, and software applications through internal ticketing systems.
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset tracking to support operational visibility and audit readiness.
  • Support technical compliance initiatives, assisting with processes related to StateRAMP security standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines, ensuring systems and documentation are aligned with organizational compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to address compliance-related technical issues and improve internal processes.
