As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for an IT Support / Systems Support Specialist to help keep our solutions, systems, and office running smoothly.
Role Overview:
Responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, user lifecycle management, and compliance-driven technical processes to ensure employees have secure and reliable access to systems and tools.

· Google Workspace (G Suite)
· Windows / macOS
· Networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS)
· Hardware Asset Management
· Printer Administration
· IT Ticketing Systems
· StateRAMP Compliance
· WCAG Accessibility
