Job Description:As part of the BaseFix technical team, you will:
Communicate with international customers and partners.
Support daily IT operations, including system monitoring and troubleshooting.
Assist in hardware and software maintenance tasks.
Prepare and track documentation and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and reliable service.
Qualifications:
Excellent command of English (written, spoken, and reading).
Previous overseas experience or international exposure is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, self-confidence, motivation, and determination.
Ability to handle customer challenges and frustration with patience and professionalism.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic to intermediate understanding of computer hardware and electronics.
Strong sense of integrity and enthusiasm toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
