IT Support Technician

Looking for a IT Support Technician to support. Person should have technical problem solving skills and customer service skills to help users and contribute to projects. We are willing to train and groom the right resource and help you develop a solid career for long term. You will be working with an experienced team and coordinating onsite support with remote team.

Jobs duties:

• Troubleshooting end user issues on computers and mobile devices and other technical devices such as printers, scanners etc.
• Maintaining onsite equipment inventory
• Onboarding and offboarding users as directed.
• Customer service with ticket management
• Support multiple sites within 15 mins of drive.
• Communicate and coordinate with team and business users

Education and experience needed:

• Preferably bachelor's degree in technical field.
• At least 1 yr of experience supporting users.
• Great communicator and right attitude
• Willing to learn and are flexible
