IT Support Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to manage and maintain the company’s IT systems and provide technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor CCTV Camera Systems.
• Handle social media pages (posting and coordination).
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT Servers and Network infrastructure.
• Resolve user computer issues (Windows / macOS / laptops / desktops).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Printers, Scanners, and PABX Systems.
• Coordinate with outsourced vendors for software and hardware support.
• Ensure data backup, security, and smooth IT operations.
• Provide assistance for software installation and updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT Support / Technical Support role.
• Good knowledge of Networking, CCTV, Printers, and PABX systems.
• Ability to manage servers and troubleshoot computer hardware/software issues.
• Basic knowledge of social media handling.
• Must be currently available in the UAE (preferably Sharjah).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 2000 – 2500
