IT Support Technician

M.G. Oil Company, Inc. is HIRING Full Time IT Support Technician to provide support to employees throughout South Dakota and Wyoming. Growing company and need to expand our IT department.

This position is not a remote position.

Must have 2 years of IT work related experience.

Requirements: Ability to provide support with calls where support is requested or needed, new computer set up, networking and hardware troubleshooting and repair. Provides guidance and training to less experienced personnel while providing great customer service. Can work independently without supervision. Travel is required throughout South Dakota and Wyoming.
Familiar with a variety of Operating Systems (ex: Windows, Mac OS X, Linux).
Manage any projects that are assigned and ensure that deadlines are met.
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
