Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, self-sufficient IT Support Technician to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical resource for multiple clients, resolving issues efficiently, working independently, and proactively documenting processes and solutions. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of client problems, and is committed to delivering outstanding service across a diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
- Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot hardware and software components
- Repair or replace damaged hardware
- Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
- Travel to client sites
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Document processes, solutions, and client-specific configurations to build and maintain an accurate knowledge base
- Manage and resolve tickets ensuring timely updates and resolutions for clients
- Support and troubleshoot a variety of client environments
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient managing Microsoft 365
- Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support
- Advanced troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Virtualization technologies
- Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
- Quick learner with a growth mindset
- Experience with IT documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base management
- Familiarity with RMM tools and PSA platforms is a plus
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of troubleshooting experience required
- Technical Certifications is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
