The Role:

We’re hiring a full-time Support Technician to be a key player in our team. You’ll work closely with a group of teammates in a dynamic, supportive environment. Your role will involve:

• Assembling and staging equipment for upcoming installations
• Managing and monitoring a diverse range of IP endpoints
• Configuring network equipment and setting up small-scale networks

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• No prior experience or college degree required – we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Location:

Our office is conveniently located near the corner of 108th and Giles in Papillion, Nebraska, just minutes from the interstate. Ideal for commuters from Omaha and surrounding areas.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 32 – 40 per week
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
• Work Location: In-person
