IT Support Technician Level 1 - MyChart Application Support

As a Level 1 IT Support Technician, you'll support MyChart users by phone, guiding them through technical issues with patience, clarity, and care. What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming support calls from users needing help with their MyChart application
  • Guide customers—many of whom are not tech-savvy—through solutions with clarity, kindness, and encouragement
  • Use positive, solution-oriented language to keep users engaged and reassured
  • Actively listen to understand user needs and ask thoughtful questions when clarification is needed
  • Document support calls, procedures, and troubleshooting steps with accuracy and professionalism
  • Uphold Kalleo’s soft skills standards in every interaction—demonstrating energy, empathy, ownership, and patience
  • Remain calm and courteous under pressure—even when users are frustrated or upset
  • Follow through on every call to ensure the user feels heard, helped, and supported

  • You build trust with users by showing empathy, understanding, and ownership
  • You apply positive language to keep support conversations constructive and uplifting
  • You’re patient and methodical with users, no matter their technical skill level
  • You manage a high call volume without sacrificing quality, friendliness, or detail
  • You document with clarity and precision to support accurate troubleshooting and follow-up

What You Bring:

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm, focused, and positive under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to document technical issues and resolutions
  • Willingness to take initiative, follow through, and go the extra mile to support a user’s success
  • Ability to sit, talk on the phone, and work at a computer for extended periods

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or help desk experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting or using healthcare applications (e.g., MyChart) is helpful but not required
  • Professional English communication skills (spoken and written)

Schedule & Location:

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Onsite position at our Paducah, KY office located at 401 Kentucky Ave. Paducah, KY 42003
