IT Support Technician / Network & CCTV Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote IT technical support
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems, routers, switches, and network devices
• Setup and maintenance of CCTV camera systems (IP & Analog)
• Patch cabling, LAN/WAN cabling, internet connectivity, and rack management
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
• Ensure proper documentation of installations and support activities
• Travel to different client locations as required

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in IT / Networking / Electronics
• Proven experience in:
• IT support & troubleshooting
• Networking & internet patch cabling
• CCTV installation and configuration
• Basic knowledge of routers, switches, IP addressing, and cabling standards
• Ability to work independently and handle field assignments
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• Flexible and willing to work at multiple locations
