IT & Surveillance Officer (Nooriabad Based)

The IT & Surveillance Officer will be responsible for maintaining the factory’s IT infrastructure, network systems, and electronic surveillance operations to ensure uninterrupted business operations, data security, and workplace safety. The role supports both office and production environments through proactive system management and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support and CCTV/surveillance management etc.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environment preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to industrial networking and surveillance systems.
• CCTV installation & troubleshooting (IP & Analog cameras)
• DVR/NVR configuration
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, routers, switches)
• Windows OS and basic server management
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Backup and data protection practices
• Biometric & access control systems handling

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)

• CCNA (or basic networking certification)
• Microsoft IT Support Certification
• CCTV/Surveillance technical certification

Working Conditions

• Factory-based role (field movement within premises required).
• May require after-hours support during emergencies or system failures.
