The Role
Join our innovative wealth-tech startup as a System Administrator and build a strong foundation in IT infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience managing critical systems and networks with a clear path to evolving into more advanced infrastructure and automation roles. Responsibilities: - Administer the entire spectrum of corporate services, ensuring their smooth operation and quickly mastering new systems. - Provide first-level technical support to company employees (hardware, software, and network issues). - Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other office equipment. - Set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions. - Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems in a timely manner. - Assist with onboarding of new employees (workstation setup, email configuration, etc.). - Keep an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets. - Collaborate with system administrators and developers on more complex technical issues. - Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.

Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. - Understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices. - Familiarity with networking basics (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi setup). - Experience with office applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Previous experience in IT support or a related role is a plus. Nice to Have: - Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python. - Practical experience in service management (systems, databases).
