Job Description – IT System Administrator (Microsoft 365) – RemotePosition Overview

Cleveland Dental Institute is seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team remotely from Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT systems while primarily focusing on Microsoft 365 administration. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and effective communication in English with our US-based staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote IT support to employees across multiple US office locations.
  • Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including:
  • Intune device management
  • Security and compliance policy setup and enforcement
  • Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint administration
  • User account provisioning and access control
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and security standards.
  • Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions for reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • English level B1–B2 is a must (to communicate effectively with US-based staff).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Intune, policies, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with IT security, backup systems, and remote support tools.
  • Ability to work independently during US business hours.

Work Schedule

  • Hours: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Egypt Time)
  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Work Type: Remote (Egypt-based, supporting USA operations)
