About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT System Analyst with strong expertise in MD Staff credentialing applications. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and deliver scalable IT solutions while ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional & technical requirements
• Perform gap analysis and system design
• Support system integration, UAT, and deployment
• Create process flows, documentation, and technical manuals
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure compliance with standards
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams

Mandatory Skills

5+ years as IT System Analyst / Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with MD Staff credentialing application
Strong knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in SQL/Oracle databases, APIs, and integrations
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
