IT System Specialist- Full-time day position, onsite

High school Diploma or GED

Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

1-2 years of experience in IT support

Proficient in Windows operation

Experience with electronic medical records is a plus.

Primary responsibilities include assisting end users with technical support and installing hardware, software, and network equipment. Setting up user accounts trains end users.

Resolving IT support requests from employees.

Answering employee questions regarding computer systems

Troubleshooting and training employees on electronic medical records

Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues

Generating sign-ins for hires during the onboarding process

Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed

Communicating with employees on the status of their service requests.

Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.
Technical support

Providing technical support is a fundamental aspect of an IT Support job.
