Role Overview:
As an IT Systems Analyst at Dangjj, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT systems to support our business objectives. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless technology operations and the successful delivery of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, test, and implement IT solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operation.
• Document system configurations, processes, and updates for internal knowledge management.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of system analysis, database management, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
