IT Systems Engineer Daihoh LLC

Daihoh LLC is seeking a results-driven IT Systems Engineer to design, integrate, and manage our core technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are high-performing, secure, and capable of supporting our expanding digital operations.

Core Accountabilities:

• Systems Architecture: Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Proactive Monitoring: Maintain the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability through constant performance tracking.
• Automation: Write and maintain custom scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time.
• Security & Backup: Participate in the design of information and operational support systems, ensuring robust backup and redundancy strategies.
• Collaboration: Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and hardware procurement.

What We Expect:

• Technical Background: 5+ years of experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux or Windows-based environments.
• Cloud & Virtualization: Solid experience with virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox) and cloud service providers.
• Networking: Proven ability to manage networking stacks (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Communication: Ability to document complex system processes and provide technical guidance to the broader team.
