Job Title: IT Teacher (Residential School)

We are looking for a passionate and skilled IT Teacher who can inspire students to explore technology and digital literacy while maintaining a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Computer Science / Information Technology for middle and senior school students.
• Teach topics such as basic computing, programming languages (Python, Java, C++), networking, MS Office, digital literacy, and emerging technologies.
• Design and assess projects, assignments, and examinations in line with curriculum standards (CBSE).
• Manage and maintain the computer lab and related IT infrastructure.
• Foster creativity and curiosity in students towards technology and innovation.
• Support students in IT-related clubs, competitions, and extracurricular projects.
• Collaborate with academic staff and participate in school events, assemblies, and community life as part of the residential faculty.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / B.Ed. or equivalent.
• Teaching experience in a school setting (CBSE/ICSE preferred).
• Strong command of programming, hardware basics, and educational software tools.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and living in a residential school environment.
