IT Team Lead (ERP, Cloud & Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to oversee end-to-end IT operations, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead a small technical team, manage enterprise systems, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT environments across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal IT team, vendors, and external consultants
• Oversee ERP systems including Zoho, Odoo, or similar platforms
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD)
• Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure / AWS / GCP
• Oversee DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, backups, and DR
• Manage IT networking (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, LAN/WAN)
• Handle IT hardware & software lifecycle management
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and SLA compliance
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical IT issues

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Systems / Team Lead roles
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Zoho / Odoo / ERPNext)
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 & Azure AD administration
• Solid understanding of cloud computing and DevOps fundamentals
• Experience with networking, firewalls, and security appliances
• Strong knowledge of IT security, data protection, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Experience managing IT in enterprise or multi-location environments
• Exposure to ISO 27001, IT audits, or compliance frameworks
• Cloud, Microsoft, or ERP certifications
• Prior experience in education, SMB, or corporate IT environments
