We are seeking a skilled IT and Healthcare Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, relationship management, and HR sourcing for the IT and Healthcare sector. Other fields are a plus. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

- Utilise various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top technical talent

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience

- Utilise HR systems such as Workday, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft for candidate tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

- Good command of spoken and verbal English is a must

- Proven experience in IT recruiting or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with internal recruiting processes

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Experience in employee relations, sales, or training development is a plus
