Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Technical Support Executive to provide day-to-day IT support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting end users, managing CCTV systems, administering servers and networks, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Monitor, maintain, and support CCTV systems and related security equipment.
- Administer and maintain servers, network equipment, and data backup systems.
- Manage Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications and provide user support for productivity tools.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, and hardware suppliers for issue resolution and maintenance activities.
- Perform routine system health checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop support, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Knowledge of server administration, networking concepts, and user account management.
- Familiarity with CCTV installation, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Understanding of hardware diagnostics and peripheral support.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users and external vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk, or System Administration roles.
- Experience supporting multiple users in a corporate environment is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
