Technical Support Specialist based in our Franklin, IN facility.

Tippmann Group is looking for an individual to fill our Technical Support Specialist position. This position offers a competitive weekly paid salary with a generous quarterly bonus program. Benefits are offered day one of employment.

Requirements:

We are looking for a self-starter and highly motivated individual to join our IT team at our Franklin, IN Office. Daily job functions would include managing, configuring and maintaining all IT related equipment including software, PCs, printers, mobile devices, A/V support, and wireless devices. The position will require some network cabling as well as data center support; Basic Networking and Server Administration skills are a plus. Individual must have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or another closely related field. Qualified candidates should have the following characteristics: leadership experience, ability to multi-task, very strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Must pass a drug and criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
