Full time Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:40pm

We are looking for clever fast thinking people that can achieve greatness within our organization.

You will be working at our Pasadena Office. Our location was a former art gallery and is very spacious with a natural garden setting and surrounded by plants and trees. It is unlike your typical office setting.

During business hours, you’ll be working with team members that are both in-house and working remotely. Your duties will include talking to Police and Military customers. You will be on the phone or remotely connected with customers, on Team meetings with co-workers, and participating with the flow of our business. For these reasons, you must be bright, sharp, quick, and efficient. We only want the very best on our team.

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Technical Support Team members troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

Moreover, Technical Support Team members need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining WOLFCOM Solutions in a technical support role.
  • Preparing WOLFCOM hardware equipment and systems for order fulfillment.
  • Installing and configuring WOLFCOM Solutions, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or email or face to face.
  • Be vital to the ongoing operational efficiency of the company.
  • Working with customers to identify problems and advising on the solution.
  • Logging and keeping records of customer queries.
  • Analyzing call logs and support tickets so you can spot common trends and underlying problems.
  • Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
  • Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
  • Knowledge in mobile apps (iOS/Android) testing will be a plus.

Education & Skills:

Education and Experience in the following areas is required:

  • Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Technical Support position or in a related field
  • Excellent technical, analytical and testing skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Ability to plan and organize work and attend to detail
  • Able to maintain a professional and friendly attitude also under pressure
  • Clear and effective communication with customers and WOLFCOM management
  • Timely and disciplined adherence to WOLFCOM policy and procedure
  • Commercial understanding of WOLFCOM business to maximize service and support revenues
  • Strong technical and analytical background
  • Strong communicator, good listener who possesses effective presentation skills and can deliver insightful messages to external and internal audiences.
  • Resourceful, innovative, up-to-date with latest technologies, and strong communication skills
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to create trustful and sincere relationships with clients
