Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain DOOH screens, media players, routers, and network switches.
- Run structured cabling (Cat6, power, HDMI, etc.) and ensure neat, reliable terminations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for remote screens.
- Set up and manage local and cloud networks for terminals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DDNS).
- Perform site visits for new installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with software and operations teams to deploy new content or firmware updates.
- Maintain detailed installation and maintenance logs with photos and site notes.
- Monitor uptime and assist with remote diagnostics or system reboots.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards during all site activities.
- Assist in inventory management of screens, routers, cables, and related materials.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Networking, or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license (essential).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in networking, cabling, or AV installation.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, DHCP, static IPs, port forwarding, and routers.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, or digital signage systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Windows, Android, and Linux-based systems.
- Ability to use tools such as cable testers, crimping tools, and multimeters.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Good communication and reporting skills in English.
