ROLES & RESPOSIBILITIES
- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
- User Support: Assist employees with the use of software applications, ensuring they are properly trained and comfortable with the tools provided.
- Network Management: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Hardware Management: Set up and configure new hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Inventory Management: Manage and track IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and support requests.
- Backup and Recovery: Assist in the implementation and management of data backup and recovery processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for improvements to the IT infrastructure.
KEY POINTS:
- A driving license will add an advantage to this position
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Computers and Printers
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients
- good knowledge of IT products.
- Knowledge of security products like CCTV, intercom, Access Control etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- IT Support in UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- driving License (Preferred)
