IT Technician

Responsible for informing any change in IT inventory to management, maintenance of systems, and resolved issues raised by employees about the system

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Network troubleshooting
• Windows installation and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Configuration of hardware and software components
• Software downloading, installation, and version updates
• CCTV camera troubleshooting and basic maintenance
• Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
• Routine maintenance of computer systems
• Conducting user data backup when required
• Providing user orientation, guidance, and technical support
• Performing tasks as assigned by AM-IT / IT Manager
• Maintaining complaint sheets and processing IT requisitions

Note: 1 to 3 Years of Relevant experience is required
