IT Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive IT Technician with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining networks, and providing user support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Manage user accounts, data backups, and system security.
• Ensure regular updates, patches, and IT documentation.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT support or technician role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and cybersecurity basics.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
