IT Technician

Your main job as an IT Support Technician is maintaining the computer, Simple network systems And CCTV installations.

Your duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer, network systems and CCTV installations and configurations.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
• Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
• Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
• Proven work experience in IT support or IT technician roles
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Practical experience with internet and network security protocols
• Problem-solving skills
• Technical documentation skills
• Organisational and interpersonal skills

Minimum Education level: High school or equivalent (preferred).

Technical Experience: 2 years minimum (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
