Calhoun is adding a Technician to provide support to almost 200 users. We are a top commercial construction services company with offices in Louisville and Lexington. Come join a growing company!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Help Desk requests
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and document hardware, software, and connectivity issues; resolve incidents in a timely manner and escalate when needed
  • Provide end-user training and day-to-day assistance while adhering to company policies, IT standards, and security requirements
  • Configure and deploy computers and peripherals; install, update, and maintain approved software applications
  • Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development to improve technical skills and service delivery
  • Represent the company professionally with a consistent commitment to quality and customer service

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:


  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Preferred: IT certifications
  • Microsoft Windows operating systems knowledge, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support
  • Preferred: Willingness to learn and support cloud services administration (e.g., VoIP, M365, security software)
  • Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
