Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users at client sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, networks, mobile devices, and cloud services
- Set up and configure new devices, user accounts, email, and access controls
- Support workstation imaging, patching, antivirus/EDR, and backup systems
- Participate in hardware installations, office moves, and project deployments
- Maintain documentation of client environments, tickets, and procedures
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior technicians or engineers
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Basic networking skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (onsite client visits required)
Preferred:
- Experience supporting business VoIP systems (e.g., configuration, call flow, troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with RMM/PSA platforms (for remote management, ticketing, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (email, Teams, SharePoint)
- Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) platforms
- Experience supporting antivirus/EDR, backup solutions, and remote access tools
- Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or automation tools
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or supporting multiple clients
- Basic knowledge of IT documentation tools and service delivery best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
