IT Technician

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, NextERP system, and Content Management Systems (CMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, efficiency, and continuous improvement of all core IT systems that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and optimize the company’s IT Infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud services, hardware, and data centers).

Take full ownership and be in charge of the NextERP system (implementation, configuration, upgrades, integration, user support, customization, and troubleshooting).

Manage CMS platforms (administration, customization, performance optimization, security, and content delivery).

Oversee system integration between NextERP, CMS, and other business applications.

Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity for all critical systems.

Lead IT security initiatives, including vulnerability management, access control, and compliance with data protection standards.

Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management.

Provide technical leadership and support to internal teams, troubleshooting complex issues related to NextERP, CMS, and infrastructure.

Monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in managing and supporting NextERP or similar ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo).

Strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or enterprise CMS).

Solid expertise in IT infrastructure technologies including virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), networking, servers, and storage.

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, integration tools, and scripting/automation.

Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and risk management practices.

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

NextERP-specific .

Experience in a multi-site or international business environment.

Familiarity with modern technologies such as DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and low-code platforms.
