Job Description

We are seeking a multi-skilled technician to perform fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, configuration, calibration, and preventive maintenance for various IT/ELV systems.

The systems include:

• IP CCTV Systems
• Access Control & Security Systems
• Security Gates
• Central Battery Systems
• Lighting Control Systems
• Structured Cabling Systems
• Associated IT/ELV equipment

The selected candidate will work under the direction of the Project Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform fault diagnosis, configuration, calibration, and preventive maintenance for various IT/ELV systems.
• Handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of IT/ELV systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and remedial works for CCTV, access control, security systems, and related equipment.
• Manage daily site operations and supervise assigned helpers/laborers.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors regarding subcontractor schedules and material requirements.
• Ensure tools and materials required for daily tasks are available on site.
• Receive and safeguard materials, supplies, and tools.
• Review project schedules and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain a positive work environment.
• Be available for emergency support after working hours when required.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or IT

Technical Skills

• IP Addressing
• NVR Configuration
• Network Switch Configuration
• Storage & Server Setup
• Team Leadership
• ADMCC Standards
• AutoCAD knowledge

Additional Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and field service experience in IT/ELV systems
• Good understanding of complex systems and networking
• Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation
• Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Team player with good interpersonal skills

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the following:

• IP CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Security Systems
• Security Gates
• Structured Cabling Systems
• Other IT/ELV Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
