IT Technician Intern (Web Developer)

Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create responsive and visually appealing websites and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with various programming languages and frameworks.

Duties

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and improve user flows.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Utilize version control systems such as Git and platforms like GitHub for code management.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Work with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Microsoft SQL Server for data storage solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes using tools like Jira or Trello for project management.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring responsiveness across devices.
• Engage in continuous learning of emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like Angular or React).
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django), Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
• Familiarity with database management systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD practices using Jenkins or similar platforms.
• Understanding of system architecture principles and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and project management tools (Jira/Trello).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and e-commerce solutions is a plus.
