NeedThese has been helping schools and organizations implement technology solutions since 1999. We design, install, and support networking, classroom technology, audio/visual systems, wireless infrastructure, security systems, and IT equipment throughout Arizona.

We are looking for a dependable IT Technician who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and provide outstanding service to our customers. This is a hands-on position that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies.

What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, displays, and technology equipment
• Support wired and wireless network installations
• Assist with the installation, termination, and testing of network cabling as needed
• Mount and configure interactive displays, televisions, projectors, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Perform technology upgrades, deployments, and equipment replacements
• Document work performed and communicate project status to customers and team members
• Report directly to customer locations throughout the Phoenix metro area and surrounding communities
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent NeedThese in a positive manner at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in IT support, technology installation, networking, or a related field
• Experience troubleshooting Windows computers and common technology issues
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, switches, wireless connectivity, and internet troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely work on ladders when required

• Chromebook deployment and management
• Experience supporting both Chromebook and Windows device environments
• Windows imaging and device deployment
• Audio/visual systems and conference room technology
• Security camera systems
• Access control systems
• Mobile device management (MDM)
• Technical support or field service experience
• Technology inventory and asset management
• Customer-facing field service experience
• Experience working independently at customer locations
