IT Technician (Preferred: Male Candidate)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to go above and beyond to deliver quality results.

Technical Experience Required

Laptop Testing & Diagnostics

• Ability to assess laptop conditions (working/non-working)
• Perform detailed functionality tests
• Understand grading standards and handle part replacements

Mobile Device Knowledge

• Familiarity with iPhone and Android testing

Additional Hardware Knowledge

• Basic understanding of printers, projectors, and photocopy machines, and their testing.

Networking Items Knowledge

• Knowledge of networking items, test them, make them ready, and generating proper reports

Online & Customer Experience

Customer Interaction

• Ability to respond professionally to customer inquiries

Digital Skills

• Basic understanding of websites and social media for listing products online.
• Ability to shoot clear and professional product photos.

Soft Skills:

Solution-oriented mindset — focusing on “how to fix” rather than “what’s wrong”
Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and reporting skills
