IT Technician – QSR Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain POS systems across restaurant locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Provide on-site and remote IT support to staff
• Manage system updates, patches, and backups
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime
• Support network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures
• Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician, preferably in the QSR or retail industry
• Strong hands-on experience with POS systems
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
• Familiarity with Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and peripherals
• Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications are a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
