Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems across restaurant locations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to staff
- Manage system updates, patches, and backups
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime
- Support network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician, preferably in the QSR or retail industry
- Strong hands-on experience with POS systems
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and peripherals
- Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
