IT Technician (SIRA Card Holder) – UAE

We are seeking a skilled and certified IT Technician with a valid SIRA card to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure across our facilities in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with networking, structured cabling, CCTV systems, internet services, and general IT support. The candidate must comply with UAE regulations and ensure all installations and maintenance meet safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, network devices, and related IT hardware.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Perform structured cabling installation for data, voice, and network systems.
• Install, maintain, and monitor CCTV systems and access control systems.
• Provide IT support to employees, including hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Monitor internet connectivity and ensure network security and performance.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on IT and security systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, assets, and configurations.
• Assist in planning and implementing new IT projects and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and UAE IT & security standards.
• Respond promptly to technical issues and provide efficient solutions.

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA Card (UAE) – Mandatory
• Proven experience as an IT Technician, Network Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Experience in structured cabling (Cat6, fiber optics) and patch panel management.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with server maintenance, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IT security best practices.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and follow SOPs.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with network monitoring tools and IT asset management.
• Knowledge of VOIP systems and IP telephony.
• Experience with access control systems and alarm integration.
• Ability to provide technical support remotely and on-site.
