About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales / Tele sales Representative (Female) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT AMC and managed service offerings
- Identify and qualify new leads through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Present and explain the value proposition of IT support contracts, infrastructure management, remote monitoring, and other managed services
- Understand client requirements and provide customized IT service solutions
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
- Follow up with existing clients for contract renewals, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales, preferably in IT services
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components and managed services is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into client value
- Experience selling IT AMC contracts, managed services, or cloud solutions
