IT / Telecom Engineers / Technicians Required

We are looking for an IT & Telecom Systems Engineer to join our team in providing operational and technical support for our clients’ IT infrastructure and systems. You will configure and maintain a wide range of IT & Telecom services related to VHF, UHF Wireless telecommunication systems

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have technical experience, with a willingness to adapt and learn the systems and technologies used by our clients and projects. A good problem-solving attitude along with the commitment and discipline to work independently while communicating and coordinating with the team will be crucial.

You will be provided with continuous support and training to aid in the success of this role – ensuring prompt and accurate customer service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain solutions from concept through to business-as-usual operations – across technologies
• Provide remote support by diagnosing, resolving and recording technical issues and solutions.
• Attend virtual meetings with the team to conduct technical analysis & review of client requests and requirements.
• Apply existing technical experience and understanding to learn new technologies and systems.
• Research, test and advise on recommendations for technical solutions.
• Contribute to creating technical documentation and manuals.

Knowledge & Experience

• Graduate in a technical degree such as Electronics / Telecom Engineering
• Technical experience and aptitude in information and business systems.
• Familiarity with IT & Telecom Infrastructure

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
