IT Test Engineer – ATM & Cards

Role Overview:

We are looking for highly experienced IT Test Engineer – ATM & Cards with deep expertise in ATM switching, card payment systems, transaction routing, and payment testing.

The role involves testing, support, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and ensuring the reliability of ATM and card platforms within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

ATM & Cards Testing-

• Validate ATM and card transaction flows across issuing and acquiring systems.
• Perform testing of ATM switches, POS systems, payment interfaces, and banking kiosks.
• Support UAT activities and project testing initiatives.

Payments & Switching-

• Work with Base24 EPS, ISO message formats, Visa, and Mastercard interfaces.
• Validate switching, transaction routing, and settlement processes.
• Support EMV and chip card implementations.

Operations & Vendor Management-

• Monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for issue resolution.
• Support maintenance, patching, upgrades, and platform hardening activities.

Incident Management-

• Troubleshoot critical production issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams during outages and incidents.
