Job Summary

Exotica IT Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and organized IT Trainee Coordinator to manage and support the company’s trainee and internship programs within the IT department. The ideal candidate will coordinate training schedules, assist trainees in their development, and ensure smooth communication between trainees, mentors, and management while maintaining a structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT training programs, internships, and onboarding activities for trainees.
• Schedule training sessions, workshops, and evaluations in collaboration with IT teams.
• Act as a point of contact for trainees, addressing queries and providing guidance.
• Track trainee progress, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and learning resources.
• Coordinate with IT managers and mentors to assign tasks and monitor development.
• Maintain records of trainee activities, feedback, and assessments.
• Support HR and IT departments in recruitment and onboarding of new trainees.
• Ensure training programs align with company goals and technical requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in training processes and suggest enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, coordination, or training roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and technical concepts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms.
• Basic knowledge of networking, software development, or system administration.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring support skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Pay: Up to QAR630,000.00 per year
