IT Trainer & Assessor / Lecturer (work from home)

A full-time, work-from-home early morning opportunity is now available for a dedicated and experienced IT Trainer/Lecturer and Assessor to join our growing team.

who can teach with the following responsibilities:

• Proven 3+ years experience in an IT trainer or a teaching role
• Assess learner portfolios, assignments, and practical work
• Conduct competency-based assessments (theoretical and practical)
• Provide detailed feedback and maintain accurate assessment records
• Ensure compliance with awarding body and quality assurance standards
• Support learners in meeting qualification requirements
• Strong knowledge in one or more areas: Networking, System Administration, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Databases, or Project Management tools, Can Deliver Microsoft, Python , Database, Software Testing, Cyber Security, Power Platform Fundamentals training courses (Please apply only if you meet all the required technical qualifications)
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling training challenges
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
• Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
• A positive and adaptable attitude, always willing to go the extra mile

Requirements:

• Recognized Assessor qualification (preferred)
• Experience in competency-based assessment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
