IT Trainer (Female)

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Office Specialist, Google IT Support, etc.) are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Trainer, Computer Instructor, or in a similar teaching/training role.
• Experience working with women, youth, or marginalized communities is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of coding, graphic design, or digital marketing tools is a plus (depending on curriculum focus).
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or online training platforms.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Patience and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Confidence in addressing groups and handling classroom challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
