About The Job
The Information Technology Validation Analyst provides systems support for end-users, prepares, executes and documents test cases and also prepares validation documentation. This position globally supports staff members in multiple clinical trial departments.
What You'll Do:

Execute test cases for clinical applications following a structured format defined by CTI SOPs

Document test case execution results in accordance with CTI SOPs

Prepare validation plans and validation summary reports

Review, and gain approval from manager, all change controls associated with the validated systems in accordance with CTI SOPs

Ensure test scripts challenge the functional requirements and adequately demonstrates that the application meets the expectations of the end-user

Revise test scripts, as necessary, based on requirement changes or upgrades in application functionality

Execute test scripts accurately to produce evidence that the system consistently performs its intended functions reliably, proving the software functions properly

Provides ongoing support to end-users during the implementation and continued use of validated platforms, ensuring that appropriate training, support and maintenance is provided

Proactively identify areas where automation can improve the validation testing process

Train end-users as needed on IT systems and enhancements

Monitor and implement new releases to systems/software as they become available

Maintain necessary documentation in accordance with CTI SOPs
-
Meet all project deadlines on time and on budget

Provide support to other areas within the IT department as necessary
What You'll Bring:

2 – 4 years’ experience executing test cases for large end-user facing applications

Experience with both manual and automated testing processes
-
Experience with writing test cases
