IT & Web Administrator – Salesforce & Hardware

Property & Developer (Real Estate) is looking for an experienced IT & Web Administrator to manage and maintain our IT systems and websites for our property development projects in the UAE. The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, website performance, and security for all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with systems integration and managing system interfaces.
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.) and network infrastructure troubleshooting techniques .
• Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and server management .
• Administer IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and internal systems.
• Implement IT policies, backup procedures, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring uptime, performance, security, SEO, and overall optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Create and update website content (text, images, multimedia) in collaboration with marketing and development teams.
• Monitor website analytics, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT services, website updates, and software maintenance.
• Support and train staff with IT-related queries.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Familiarity with real estate/property management systems.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Developer, Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices in cloud and network environments.
• Proven experience in IT & web administration within property development or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of web management (CMS, hosting), networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to handle multiple IT projects independently and ensure system security.
