Responsibilities and Qualifications

· Atleast 5 years of experience

· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including pasta, pizza, burgers etc

· Create and standardize recipes for sauces, dough, and burger components

· Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation

· Monitor food quality and kitchen hygiene standards

· Manage pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and baking

· Oversee burger preparation including patties, buns, and toppings

· Maintain kitchen inventory and coordinate ingredient ordering

· Control food costs and reduce waste

· Supervise and train kitchen staff

· Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

· Proven experience as an Italian Chef, Pizza Chef, or similar role

· Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and casual dining concepts

· Experience in pizza making (hand-stretched dough preferred)

· Knowledge of burger preparation techniques (grilling, seasoning, assembly)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

· Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)

· Culinary diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
